I’m at the Lopez Farmers market May through September, 10am - 2pm

I’ve been doing hand work for 70 years and slowly transitioned into enhancing beautiful fabric with thread painting. Sometimes I use original art from Lopez artists, have it printed on fabric and then emboss it with hand quilting. Although machines have taken over most quilting, I find the meditative value of slow stitching to be very rewarding and textile lovers appreciate the time and effort. My wall hangings vary in size, density and style. And yes, that is the real Rick Steve’s who has one of my Gustav Klimts.
